The Scarlett series is a USB Audio Interface group developed by Focusrite. It includes up to seven devices each one with a progressive number of inputs and outputs. They all are USB 2.0 compliant.

Linux Compatibility[]
At present at least two of the Scarlett series are known to be compatible with Linux. The Scarlett 2i2 works right out of the box as well as the 18i20 but the Scarlett 18i6 works but with difficulties.
